The Park Pouch Holder is made from post-consumer bicycle tubing in the USA. It is designed to hold Cycle Dog Earth Friendly Pick Up Bags for a sustainable waste management solution.  Sometimes the tube that your park pouch was made of was originally made in China and sometimes the original markings from the tube materials are visible on the products.  The park pouch was made using recycled inner tube that Cycle Dog reclaims and then pattern and sew in Portland Oregon.
