Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is simple and worry-free. All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition with all original tags and labels attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. With the exception of all Carna4 products. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Rhonda@HossandDukesPetFood.com
To return an item, please email us at Rhonda@HossandDukePetFood.com. Please include your name, address, and order number along with the reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, HossandDukesPetFood.com does not take title to the refunded item.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless an error was made by Hoss & Duke’s Pet Food. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
