Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hoss & Duke’s Pet Food. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air depending on the option you choose at checkout. Priority Mail Delivery Map available here.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in your cart.
*Free shipping on orders over $59 in the contiguous United States only. Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a shipping cost.
Shipment Processing Time
Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day (Monday – Friday), (Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday), provided the product ordered is in stock. Inventory is rapidly changing so some inconsistencies may occur leading to delays in shipping. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders shipped using UPS will be shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday. Orders will also not be shipped on holidays as determined by the shipping service you selected.

USPS First Class Mail – 1 to 3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 3 Business Days
USPS Parcel Select – 2 to 6 Business Days
UPS Ground – 1 to 5 Business Days
UPS 3-Day Select – 1 to 3 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Business Days
Although we do our best to ship your items quickly, we can’t guarantee when your order will arrive. You know, because of the rain, sleet, and snow. Shipping times will increase for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email that will enclose all the order details including the tracking number along with a link you can click on to view all tracking updates and to enable text message notifications for your shipment.
Hoss & Duke’s Pet Food is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. The responsibility of any damaged delivery is to be solely born by the carrier. USPS Priority Mail has automatic insurance up to $100.00. Please contact Rhonda@HossandDukesPetFood.com with any problems that may arise from your delivery, and she will help if she can as per our shipping policy.
